Our technical sales representatives are a team of driven individuals who posses a clear understanding of each product, its components and the market. Each has the the ability to demonstrate and explain product’s application Their responsibilities include establishing the needs of the customer (listening), recommending the appropriate products, and then getting the order.
We develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and source new clients. Our experienced technical sales representatives are knowledgeable about competing products and they know how to sell value. They have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients, which builds trust.
Responsibilities
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Customer relationship management.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Researching and submitting proposals to customers.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Reporting to management all progress and perceived SWOTs.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
- Continuously look for new opportunities for growth.
