Alpha Manufacturing Company, Inc – During our 12 year tenure, Alpha became a Lockheed-Martin subcontractor making F-16 fighter airplane components. It also made special tooling for the commercial nuclear fuel industry. US Patent # 6,406,229. Alpha was divested in 2003.

Futco Holdings, Inc. – Futco is a real estate management, construction management and holding company. It is used as a launch vehicle for special projects, physical asset management and buy/hold real estate projects.

Lexco Comfort Services, Inc. – Launched in 2010, Lexco Services is a contract management company that provides engineering services on a project basis.

Nuccorp, Inc. – Among its other products and custom engineered solutions, Nuccorp is the developer of the Nuclear Grade Air Trap (“NGAT”) which is a gas void elimination solution for nuclear plant safety systems addressing NRC Generic Letter GL 2008-01. The partners have been instrumental in the patenting, commercialization and licensing this technology. It has taken us to Japan, Korea, Spain. US Patent #8,505,568. Imaging Diagnostics, Inc. – the nation’s technological leader in x-ray interpretation and analysis reporting and documentation. Since it’s founding by our partners in 1993 the technology has been used to generate reports and enhance protocols by radiology centers nationwide. Their service enables doctors to give their patients comprehensive, detailed, professional reports. US Patent #s 5,272,760, 5,384,862, and 5,740,267

Rural Telemedicine Cooperative – The Rural Telemedicine Cooperative, Inc. is now a non-profit healthcare technology organization working in telehealth. Previously, the partners successfully licensed their telemedicine patents to American Well Corp (NYSE: AMWL) to cover E-Visits and Web-Visits. US Patent #s 5,801,755 and 6,046,761.
